Hiring a Network & Security Engineer experienced in implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing network and security infrastructure across enterprise and data center environments.
Responsibilities
- Implementation, configuration, and management of OEM Firewalls (e.g., Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.).
- Installation and configuration of L2/L3 switches and routers from various OEM vendors.
- Deployment and management of Load Balancers (F5, Citrix, or similar).
- Design and implement secure network architecture for data center and enterprise environments.
- Configure VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, VPN, ACLs, and security policies.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network and security issues.
- Implement high availability (HA), redundancy, and failover configurations.
- Work with teams for network planning, migration, and upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Security.
- Hands-on experience with Firewall implementation and management.
- Experience with Load Balancers, VPN, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of data center networking and security architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
Good to have
- CCNA / CCNP
- Check Point / Palo Alto / Fortinet certifications
- Network Security certifications (preferred)
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in implementation and support environments.
- Experience working in large enterprise or government infrastructure projects is preferred.
